Shipping within Australia

All orders depart from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.  When you shop online with Losari and live within Australia, we are delighted to offer you FREE SHIPPING.

We use the StarTrack Express courier service for homeware orders and home + woman (clothing) combination orders.

We use the Australia Post e-Parcel service for clothing (woman) orders. 

You will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment of your order (within 3 working days from order placement).  You will need to liaise directly with the shipping provider to arrange re-delivery, follow up on late delivery etc. 

Shipping Internationally

All orders depart from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.  

For International Orders we use the  Australia Post Express Courier International Service:

- we offer a flat rate for shipping of AU$20 for all International Orders (does not include your duties / taxes / customs charges at your country of origin).

- delivery between 2 - 4 business days subject to your location

- fully trackable

- signature required

- in the rare and unfortunate event that your order is lost in transit due to the Australia Post Express Courier International Service, losari will assist in trying to locate your order.  In cases where the order is deemed lost, we will refund your order and shipping fee.  It is at the discretion of losari as to whether we attempt delivery again.  We do not use DHL or other such services for our international deliveries, just Australia Post. 

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.   We are legally required to declare the full value of your order and will include an invoice for customs.

For our international customers, please be aware that your parcel is likely to be subject to local charges. You will need to pay for these charges. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information. Losari will not be responsible for import charges at the destination country. 

Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind Policy 

Losari is not legally obliged to give refunds of the purchase price or exchange your purchased items simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase.

In the event that we agree to an exchange (at our discretion), your Losari treasures must be packaged exactly as you received them and you will bare the cost of return freight to the Losari warehouse. 

Damaged Delivery

We take great care to provide you with treasures of a high quality and transport them to you carefully. We sincerely hope all of our treasures arrive to you in perfect condition, however in the event that it doesn't - we will look after you.

If your item arrives damaged or not in tact, please email a photo of the issue and reference your name and order number to info@losari.com.au within three days of receipt.  Should we not receive notice of the issue within three working days of your order receipt, Losari is not liable to compensate you for the damaged item.  

In the case of a damaged item, we will either offer you a replacement (if available) or a refund less the cost of shipping.  

How do I return an item?

To return an item, we need to email you a Return Request Form.  This will need to be printed by you and included with the returned package. You will also need to email us this complete Return Request Form in advance of posting back the returned item.

Please email info@losari.com.au for your Return Request Form, outlining the reason for your return.  We will reply within 2 working days with your Return Request Form for you to include in your return package.

- Your item must not be worn and in original condition.

- Your item must still have its tags attached and be in its original packaging.

- For International Returns, Losari is not responsible for any return duties or taxes. This will be deducted from your final refund.

-  For returns and exchanges,  you will carry the cost of shipping for the item back to Losari.

- For all returns and exchanges, we can only complete your refund or exchange once your package has reached us. Please send to use using a reliable and trackable service for peace of mind.

How do I exchange an item?

- For International exchanges, you will be charged a new flat rate of shipping of the exchanged item.  

- For all returns and exchanges, we can only complete your refund or exchange once your package has reached us.  Please send to use using a reliable and trackable service for peace of mind.  

- We cannot guarantee that your exchange request will be available.  If unfortunately your desired exchange item is not available, we will issue you a refund upon return of the original item/s.
